RETURN POLICY
We are pleased to accommodate the return and exchange within 30 days after the package delivered to you.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the corresponding original packaging included (according to SKU).
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. If we can’t sell it again, we won’t refund or exchange for you.
The following items cannot be returned or replaced:Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Normally, we will refund you 10-30% according to the item specific problems if you'd like to keep it. We will bear the return shipping fee if you still want to return. Please note: we won't bear the shipping fee of expensive shipping way.
Product color, style, model and material do not match the description on the website:
Normally, we will refund you 10%-20% according to the item specific problems if you'd like keep to it. But we won't bear the return shipping fee if you still want to return.

Normally, we will offer you special coupon as compensation if you'd like to keep it. But we won't bear the returning shipping fee if you still want to return.
METHOD OF RETURN/EXCHANGE
Please contact customer service via customer@jurllyshe.com if you decide to make a return/exchange.
Note: We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Make sure to contact customer service first.
TIME OF REFUND/EXCHANGE
For refund: After our warehouse receive return package, they may need 2-6 days to do some checking. If items are in good condition, our finance will refund you in 1-3 days. If return items have some problem, our customer service will get in touch with you via email or message.
For exchange: After our warehouse receive return package, they may need 2-6 days to do some checking. If items are in good condition, our customer service will get in touch with you via email or message to confirm your exchange request in 1-3 days.
