What is QuadPay?
Quadpay enables you to split your payments up into 4 equal interest free installments.
You pay 25% at checkout and then a further 25% every two weeks.
Who can use QuadPay?
In order to use QuadPay you must:
1. Order subtotal must be equal to or greater than $35.00 (with discounts applied).
2. Live in the US
3. Be at least 18 years old
4. Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
5. Use a US debit card to make a purchase
What payment methods are accepted?
1.Debit cards attached to bank accounts
2.Credit cards (as long as they are not pre-paid)
Payment methods that are not accepted:
1. Pre-paid or reloadable credit/debit cards (Example: cards that can be purchased from a retail store)
3. ACH bank transfers (Direct Debit)
4. Money orders, cash or cash equivalents
Are there any fees to use Quadpay Checkout?
Quadpay offers interest-free installment payment plans.
The only types of fees that customers using QuadPay Checkout may be charged currently are late fees, as provided in our terms of service, subject to future amendments.
To be compliant with all states, we have updated our policy on late fees. Because of this, if your order is late, you may incur an initial late fee of $5, $7 or $10 depending on your state of residence.
There may be a cap on the amount in late fee(s) that we assess. Please see the QuadPay terms and conditions for more information.
If your order is assessed a late fee, please pay your installment. Requests to refund the late fee(s) can be considered pursuant to current QuadPay fee waiver policies only after the relevant installment has been paid.
You can visit the Customer Portal or to check your order or installment status, update your payment info, and make a payment.
Will I be notified before I am charged for an installment?
Installment payments are automatic. You will be notified via both SMS and email before your payment is due.
Access QuadPay Customer Portal any time to check your installment due dates or change your payment method.
For your convenience, you can also pay your installments early.
How do I know if I have finished my payments? Is my account paid off?
You can check your current and past orders in QuadPay Customer Portal.Customer Portal
Just navigate to Order -> View Order, and you'll be able to see which installments have been paid and which installments are still outstanding.
